1st Semester Reflection
1. Through out the year I learned many techniques that helped me make my work better. One of my favorite compelling assignments is positive and negative space. In that assignment you can tell i put some time and effort. A way my quality of work has improved is I try different things instead of just doing the first thing I think of, I learned to think a bit more before making a decision. Having this little bit of hesitation help me pick the best idea I can think of.
2. I learned to challenge myself with harder ideas that I would usually say are too much to do. I challenge myself by instead of just doing one project I'll try doing two but different ideas to see which one looks better. Sometimes I will struggle and it would make me upset but I keep trying until it's done. I like to be positive towards other peoples work because they tried hard on it and the compliment is very reconstructive so they can do even better work in the future.
3. I am always on time to class and I work independently unless I need ideas then I will talk to someone for help. During the beginning of the year I used my time poorly so I got behind then once I started getting better at photoshop I can finish on time and have a little extra time to try make some nice touches to the project we are working on. I work all the time possible in this class unless I can't think of anything to make it better.
4. Through out this year I have made some major improvements in this class. At the beginning of the year I didn't know how to use short cuts on the computer like command + D it made it hard to do many projects, and my ideas I came up with were bland. After two to three months I am way more creative.
5. I am going to work harder and take more time in each class.
